CU Medicine Psychiatry – Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Clinic offers evidence-based therapies for OCD treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our experienced clinicians work collaboratively with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where patients can learn to manage their symptoms and build resilience. We offer a range of services tailored to meet each individual’s needs, including individual therapy, group therapy and an intensive outpatient program.
Intensive Outpatient Program:
The OCD and Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides intensive treatment for people adults (17+) with OCD, OC-spectrum disorders and anxiety disorders. The program is focused on providing culturally informed, evidence-based treatment to help participants learn skills aimed at decreasing mental health symptoms and improving quality of life, relationships and executive functioning.
Services are offered at the CU Medicine Psychiatry – Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Clinic in an in-person group therapy setting. This 12-week program meets 3 times per week for 3 hours each day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
More information about the OCD and Anxiety IOP can be found in our informative flyer. To enroll, call our front desk at 303-724-4716 and ask to schedule an IOP intake.
