Care Philosophy

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I have earned my BS and MMS from Northwestern University and have worked as a Physician Assistant in the Denver metro area mostly in neurosurgery and spine. I previously worked in orthopedics, trauma, total joints, plastic and vascular surgery. I currently hold my NCCPA, AAPA, DEA, ACLS/BLS licenses and certifications. Prior to my PA work, I spent 20 years in the fitness arena, as a certified fitness trainer and exercise expert, marathon coach. I've earned several training and coaching certifications, as well as licenses in phlebotomy and massage therapy. From 1998-2015, I created my own fitness company, At Home Fitness and Massage. My passion has always been to help others live full, active lives through eating well, exercising regularly, and getting proper health care.
