Care Philosophy

My training as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner enables me to provide women's health and gender related care to people throughout their lifespans. My role as a health care provider is to engage with and enable people to make choices that fit their needs while recognizing that my patient's needs change throughout their lives. I love taking care of pregnant people and being a part of family's journey to parenthood. As a Certified Menopause Practitioner, I can continue to work with people on their journey into midlife and beyond. My role is to support patients with sound, practical information that is evidence based. I strive to always be present and to always be kind.

Clinical Interest for Patients

Contraception and providing LARCs. Preventive health including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness. Prenatal and improving postpartum care. Perimenopause and menopause. Multi-disciplinary PCOS care.
