After many years in primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am grateful to now specialize in psychiatric care. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate mental health challenges and work toward greater balance, emotional regulation, and stability. I take a holistic and integrative approach to psychiatric care—optimizing medications when appropriate, incorporating supportive therapies, and promoting well-being in all areas of life.
